    ROUTES - Suspension of the route between Santiago (SCL) and Neuquén (NQN)

    Canceled flights:

    We inform you that the route between Santiago (SCL) and Neuquén (NQN) will cease operations from October 25, 2026 onward, affecting the following flights:

    - LA416 Santiago → Neuquén

    - LA417 Neuquén → Santiago

    - LA432 Santiago → Neuquén

    - LA433 Neuquén → Santiago

    These flights have already been closed for sale, and starting July 27, protection will be processed in the bookings for travel via Buenos Aires (Ezeiza - EZE or Aeroparque - AEP) with Aerolíneas Argentinas (AR).

    This protection option does not apply to group reservations.

    Alternatives offered:

    LATAM flights via Buenos Aires (Aeroparque - AEP or Ezeiza - EZE), connecting to Aerolíneas Argentinas (AR) flights to Neuquén.

    For example: Santiago(SCL) → Aeroparque (AEP) - operated by LA + Aeroparque (AEP) → Neuquén (NQN) Operated by por AR.

    Reservation management:

    For customers who contact us starting July 24, travel agents must consider the following when arranging protection:

    - Protection for the SCL ⇄ NQN segment will be provided via a connection at Aeroparque (AEP) or Ezeiza (EZE) with an Aerolíneas Argentinas (AR) flight, as follows:

    - SCL ⇄ AEP or SCL ⇄ EZE on a LATAM flight in the same class or the lowest available class in the original cabin; and

    - AEP ⇄ NQN or EZE ⇄ NQN on flights marketed and operated by Aerolíneas Argentinas (AR), in the lowest available class in the original cabin, except in booking classes M/B/Y.

    - Reissuance will be processed as involuntary, maintaining the original fare basis and fare structure.

    - Please enter the following message in the booking: OSI INVOL REROUTE DUE TO SKD CHG LAxxx CNLD

    If the passenger decides not to travel, they may request an involuntary refund of the ticket and/or associated ancillaries.

    Other protection alternatives (e.g., change to a new destination) are governed by the current policies defined in the section on Cancellations and Involuntary Changes
