    You can now request name corrections directly through the LATAM Trade Virtual Assistant — without opening a case or waiting for a follow-up response.

    All you need is the PNR and the passenger's correct name.

    The Assistant reviews the applicable conditions and, when eligible, processes the correction during the same conversation.

    How to do it

      Open the Virtual Assistant in the LATAM Trade chat

      Enter the PNR and the correct passenger name

    • 3

      The Assistant will review the request and let you know if the correction can be made on the spot — or explain clearly what to do if there's a restriction

     

    💡 Before you start: Conditions may vary depending on the ticketing channel and the airlines involved in the itinerary. For more complex cases, the Assistant connects you directly with a specialist — no need to start over.

     

    Tips for better results
    • Use the following format: [PNR / Ticket / Purchase Order + Action]

    • Before you leave, you can ask the Assistant to send you an email summary with your booking or ticket details, along with a recap of the conversation.
