Customers traveling in the Business cabin on LATAM international routes will have the option to select their onboard menu in advance via WhatsApp. The launch is scheduled for June 30, 2025, and will apply to flights scheduled between July 2 and July 8, 2025, for passengers traveling in Premium Business cabin on the following routes: - LA502 - SCL/MIA - LA500 - SCL/MIA - LA0714 - SCL/GRU From July 9th to 15th, the following routes will be added: - LA 2696 SCL/LIM - LA 0708 and LA 0706 SCL/MAD - LA 0841 and LA 0843 SCL/IPC Gradually, all other international and regional routes with a duration of more than 3 hours and offering onboard meal service in Premium Business and Premium Economy cabins will be added. |

Considerations: |
- The customer receives a message 44 hours before flight departure with the onboard menu options. - If they choose one of the options, they receive a confirmation message and no further messages. - If they respond with something other than the indicated options, they receive an informative message. - If there's no response up to 36 hours before the flight, a reminder for menu pre-selection is sent. - If there's no response up to 26 hours before the flight, a message is sent informing them that they can select their meal during their flight onboard. - From the WhatsApp message, the customer can access more information on the LATAM Airlines website about advance onboard menu selection. - Advance selection applies only to the first or only meal service. For example, if the flight includes lunch and dinner, only lunch can be pre-selected. - The customer cannot choose the menu for another passenger, even if they are on the same reservation, as the message is individual. - Cabin upgrades confirmed less than 44 hours before flight departure will not receive the advance menu selection message. - If the flight is modified or canceled, the menu pre-selection will be canceled, and the meal must be chosen onboard during the flight. - If the customer does not select an option or decides to change the chosen option, they can request the menu directly onboard. - Special meals, such as vegetarian, vegan, etc., must be requested through the Travel Agency. |
