We inform that affected passengers of flight LA1325 26OCT22 SCLASSU STD 1550 Alternate in IGU, have the following commercial flexibility:
- Date/flight change free of charge (no penalty and no fare difference)
- Changes to a nearby airport (within 500 km of the original airport)-Apply without penalty and without fare difference within the same cabin.
- Refund without penalty
- Any claim requesting compensation, escalate it by creating a case in APEC with the classification Claims -> Expenses Incurred -> CL Market. This will be received by the BO Claims team who will escalate the cases to CUS Recovery CL.
- Cases out of flexibility, raise with the operational leader of the area.
