PASSENGER PROTECTION - Suspension of the route between BGA ⇄ MDE

Due to business needs, the operation between BGA MDE has been cancelled on our systems since June 13, 2023. Direct flights on this route, will be performed until October 28, 2023, after that date it will be possible to perform only flights with connection via BOG.

  • LA 69 / SCL MHC
  • LA 68 / MHC SCL

Proposed protection:

Passenger protection will be automatic via BOG.

Reservation management:

If the passenger calls before receiving LATAM protection, a travel solution can be provided by keeping the original cabin in the lowest available class.


The reissue must be done as involuntary, maintaining the tariff base and the original tariff construction.


Passengers who do not accept the proposed protection may use the same flexibilities defined in Passenger Protection.

Enter in Ticket Endorsements on reissue:

SKDCHG or INVOL with the details of the affected flight.

Ancillaries:

Ancillaries will receive the same treatment as tickets.
