    ROUTES - Changes Calama Airport operation (CJC)

    Due to the works at Calama airport (Chile) between October 9th and 24th, 2020, all flights on Fridays and Saturdays from or to this airport (CJC) will be suspended.

    Direct and indirect channel passengers are being notified centrally through LATAM: e-mail, SMS, LATAM application.

    Affected flights:

    All flights operating between October 09 and 24, 2020, with frequencies on Fridays and Saturdays, to/from Calama (CJC).

    Proposed protection:

    It will be allowed according to what is established in CONTINGENCY - Solutions for passengers travelling with affected flights according to the conditions of "Change of airport".

    Reservation management::

    LATAM protection flights are being incorporated automatically and centrally into direct and indirect sales bookings..

     

    Direct and indirect channel passengers are being centrally notified through LATAM: email, SMS, LATAM application.

     

    If the protection is not reflected in the reservation, the protection can be worked as indicated.

     

    Passengers with senior citizens can opt for these services on new flights subject to availability.

    Insert in the Endorsement field of the ticket when reissuing:

    Important:

    If the proposed itinerary alternative does not satisfy the passenger, the latter may benefit from the other definitions established in the procedure of CONTINGENCY - Solutions for passengers travelling with affected flights.

    Customers can also access the LATAM.com website and check their flight status through My Trips or Flight Status before heading to the airport.
