FLEXIBILITY - Voepass operation suspension by ANAC determination


 

LATAM COMMERCIAL EXCEPTIONS

Due to:

Suspension of the total operation of the Voepass network by ANAC determination

Passengers Traveling:

In reservations with LA* marketing flights operated by Voepass (2Z)

Original flight date:

From March 11, 2025 - open

They may choose ONE of the following options WITHOUT PENALTY according to:

Date / flight / rerouting change (*)

Without penalty, subject to availability of the same cabin (without fare difference) traveling within the ticket validity.

For routes where LATAM operation exists, passengers will be protected on alternative LATAM flights.

For destinations where there is no LATAM protection alternative or that does not meet the customer's needs, protection may be made on Azul (AD) or Gol (G3) flights according to the following:

  • In the lowest available class within the same cabin and on the dates closest to their original trip.
  • Maintaining the original destination operated by Voepass (2Z).
  • Involuntary reissuance of the complete ticket will be made, inserting the indicated mark in the Endorsement field of the ticket.
  • We should not accommodate customers in classes Z and V
  • Consider the following restrictions that apply according to window, operator and flight dates:

Operational Window: no route restrictions.

Commercial Window:

From 04/01/2025 to 10/26/2025:

GOL (G3): CGH-IZA, CGH-PPB, CGH-RAO, GRU-PET, REC-FEN, GRU-FEN.

 

From 04/01/2025 to 07/31/2025:

AZUL (AD): PET-POA, POA-RIA, CNF-IPN, RAO-VCP, REC-FEN, PPB-VCP

 

For the RAO, FEN, PET routes, even if they are within the agreement with peer companies, we must prioritize protection with LATAM.

 

From 10/27/2025: not allowed on Gol (G3) or Azul (AD).

Change of origin/destination

Without penalty, subject to fare differences and ticket validity. Except for changes to a nearby airport within 500 km of the original airport for affected passengers, which apply without penalty and without fare difference within the same cabin.

Passengers who DO NOT want a change may request a refund according to:

Applies to all UNUSED coupons of the TKT and EMD.

 

 

 (*) Protection subject to cabin on LATAM flights implies that: The Travel Agent must protect in the original class of the ticket and if it is not available, must protect in the lowest available class of the same cabin of the LATAM flight and complete the involuntary reissuance of the ticket maintaining the fare basis and original fare construction. That is, you should not contact the Agency Service Executive to request the original class.

Important:

Change of date/flight/rerouting applies maintaining the same origin/destination

Change of origin/destination implies flying from or to a city different from the one indicated on the original flight coupon

Ancillaries associated with the ticket are subject to changes and/or refund following the action taken with the ticket
