Flights canceled:

The suspension will affect the following flights between November 10, 2024 and February 28, 2025:

- LA 3828 (GRU ⇄ FEN)

- LA 3829 (FEN ⇄ GRU)

Flights scheduled from March 1, 2025 onwards will be closed for sales indefinitely. This measure will remain in effect until we obtain more detailed information on the dates of works completion and ANAC certification.

Protection offered:

- Protection on LATAM flights connecting with AZUL (AD) flights.

Proposed rerouting:

- Guarulhos (GRU) → Recife (REC) on LA → Recife (REC) → Fernando de Noronha (FEN) on AD.

- Fernando de Noronha (FEN) → Recife (REC) on AD → Recife (REC) → Guarulhos (GRU) on LA.

Reservation Management:

Protection on Azul (AD) flights will depend on availability in the original cabin and in the following classes:

 G, F, E, B, A, Y. 

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE should class Z be protected.

- Tickets will be reissued as involuntary and will retain the original fare basis and fare construction.

- Reissue must be backed up with the message INVOL REROUTE (flight) (date) CNLD, which is to be inserted in the ticket endorsement field.

Passengers who decline the proposed protection may apply for the flexibilities defined under Sales | Passenger Protection.

When reissuing, insert under Ticket Endorsements: 

- INVOL REROUTE (flight) (date) CNLD

Ancillaries:

- On LA flights: Passengers will receive the same treatment as the original ticket.

- On AD flights: Process the EMD refund as involuntary.
