PASSENGER PROTECTION – Commercial adjustment on the route between Belo Horizonte (CNF) and Santiago (SCL)

We inform you that there will be an adjustment in the service offering on the route between Belo Horizonte (CNF) and Santiago, Chile (SCL).

Affected flights	We inform you that this route will be seasonal, operating exclusively during the winter high season: from the second half of June, throughout the entire month of July, and until the first half of August. In line with this adjustment, starting April 11, 2026, reservations for flights scheduled from September 1, 2026 onward will begin to be canceled in the system. The flights canceled as a result of this measure are as follows: - LA673 Belo Horizonte (CNF) – Santiago (SCL) - LA672 Santiago (SCL) – Belo Horizonte (CNF)
Proposed protection:	Travel agents may perform protection via connecting flights in São Paulo (GRU), Brasília (BSB), and Porto Alegre (POA)
Reservation management:	Protection must be provided in the same original class and cabin or, if unavailable, it may be provided in the lowest available class within the original cabin. The reissue will be processed as involuntary, maintaining the original fare basis and fare structure. Passengers who do not accept the proposed protection may use the flexibilities defined in Cancellations and Involuntary Changes

Ancillaries:	Once passengers are rebooked on the new flight, they may transfer the service to the new travel date or request a refund.
