    SPECIAL NEEDS - Start of flight operations with Boeing 787-9 Retrofit aircraft

    Description:

    Starting October 10, 2025, LATAM Airlines will begin operating the first Boeing 787-9 Retrofit on flight LA500, which connects Santiago, Chile (SCL) to Miami (MIA).

    The cabin configuration will be as follows:

    - Premium: Maintains 30 seats in its current configuration

    - Economy: Maintains 270 seats in its current configuration

    Scope:

    Customers traveling on the SCL-MIA route.

    Implementation date:

    October, 10, 2025

    Considerations:

    As part of the change process, the Boeing 787-9 Retrofit will feature a new seat layout compared to the current model, offering better adaptation to the needs of certain special services.
