    CODESHARE - New codeshare agreement between LATAM (LA) and Brussels Airlines (SN)

    LATAM Airlines (LA) and Brussels Airlines (SN) start a codeshare agreement.These flights are available for purchase starting from April 10th, 2026 for travel from June 4, 2026 onwards.

    Brussels Airlines (SN) is the official airline of Belgium. It belongs to the Lufthansa Group network. It connects the European capital (Brussels) from Brussels Airport with more than 90 destinations.

    This is a free sale and unilateral agreement, meaning one of the operators sells over the other, in this case, it corresponds to the sale of LA flights operated by Brussels Airlines (SN).

    LA* codeshare flight sales will be available for LATAM on the following plates.045, 544, 462, 035, 957, 692.

    Services available on LA* flights

     

    The following passenger SSRs and special services can be included in bookings with Brussels Airlines (SN) or codeshare flights (LATAM marketing, operated by SN):
    Passengers:

    BLND - Passengers with visual impairment

    DEAF - Passengers with hearing disabilities

    DPNA - Passengers with special assistance needs

    Wheelchairs:

    WCHC - Wheelchair Passenger who cannot walk

    WCHS - Wheelchair Passenger unable to ascend stairs

    WCHR - Wheelchair Passenger can ascend stairs

    WCMP - Own manual wheelchair, this code is used to identify passengers traveling with their own manually operated wheelchair.

     

    Services NOT available on LA* flights

     

    The following special services Entry is not allowed from a reservation issued by LATAM that has flights operated by Brussels Airlines (SN) (due to technical and/or commercial limitations), therefore its management is summarized as follows:
    a) Customer must request it directly from the operator Brussels Airlines (SN):
    MEDA - Medical Cases

    WCBD - Wheelchair powered by dry and gel batteries (non-spillable), the WCHR, WCHC, WCHS wheelchair must always be entered as appropriate.

    WCBW - Wheelchair powered by a dry, gel, spillable battery

    WCLB - Wheelchair Powered by Lithium Batteries

    Request for special meals.

    SVAN - Service Animals

    b) They cannot be offered on itineraries with Brussels Airlines (SN) or codeshare flights (LATAM marketing, operated by SN):

    Premium Economy:1 piece of hand luggage. Maximum size: 8 kg; Maximum weight. 55 x 40 x 23 cm and 1 personal item max. 40 x 30 x 15 cm

    Business:2 pieces of hand luggage. Maximum weight 8 kg; Maximum size 55 x 40 x 23 cm; 1 personal item, max. 40 x 30 x 15 cm

    All LATAM fares include a backpack or small bag:
    Maximum size:Height= 45 cm x Length= 35 cm x Width= 20 cm, including pockets and handles.

    Maximum weight: 10 kg (22 lb).


    Checked baggage: The baggage policy of the most relevant carrier on the itinerary applies, MSC (Most Significant Carrier and DOT ruled exceptions), And if the MSC is a codeshare flight, the marketing carrier's baggage policy applies.

    Excess baggage: the operator's billing policy applies.

    Baggage is tagged to the final destination for all flights on the itinerary.

    Additional baggage can only be purchased at the airport.

    Check in

     

    Check-in for flights operated by Brussels Airlines (SN) can be done on the day of the flight at the airport.
