    Dear Travel Partner,

     

    Starting April 21, 2026, LATAM Airlines flights at Paris–Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) will perform check-in at Terminal 2A (T2A), Area 4.

    This change applies exclusively to the CDG–GRU route.

    Check-in:

    Terminal 2A (T2A) at Paris–Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG).

    Boarding and arrival

    There are no changes to the boarding or arrival process. Boarding gates will continue to be assigned according to airport operations.

    Lounge access for eligible passengers 

    LATAM passengers with lounge access may continue using the Salon Paris, with no changes to the current operation.

    • Location: Terminal 2C, Level 3 (near gate C83)
    • Opening hours: 07:30 – 13:30 / 17:00 – 22:30

    Airport arrival recommendation

    The usual recommendation remains unchanged: 

    • Arrive at the airport 4 hours before departure
    • Never less than 3 hours before the scheduled departure time

     

    We recommend sharing this update with passengers traveling on the CDG–GRU route from April 21, 2026, to help them navigate the airport more easily.
