In order to offer alternatives to customers who give up traveling to Peru due to the incidents caused by the political situation, the following flexibilities are defined for passengers with flights to and within Peru between January 1 and February 15, 2023:

• One date change without penalty : subject to applicable fare differences and ticket validity, or
• A change of destination and date without penalty: subject to the applicable fare differences keeping the same type of journey (tkt DOM to DOM, and tkt INTER to INTER example .: tkt MIA LIM MIA by MIA SCL MIA) and ticket validity.

The change request applies only BEFORE the original flight date, except for passengers with flights to Cusco (CUZ),  Ayacucho (AYP), Juliaca (JUL), Arequipa (AQP) and Tacna (TCQ) between January 1 and January 13, 2023, who may request it after the flight.

Scope:

Passengers with unaffected flights:

• Traveling to and within Peru,
• With flights between January 01 and February 15, 2023 
• And ticket issued until December 14, 2022.

Implementation Date:

Immediate

Considerations: 

The customer must choose only one of the options and the flexibility applies for once.  Reissue will be made according to the following:

• A date change without penalty: subject to applicable fare difference and ticket validity:

• Voluntary reissue without penalty applying the fare differences as per existing availability.
• Enter in the endorsement box: WVD25ENE23

• One change of destination without penalty: subject to applicable fare difference keeping the same deal (tkt DOM to DOM, and tkt INTER to INTER example : tkt MIA LIM MIA by MIA SCL MIA)

• Voluntary reissue without penalty by applying the fare differences according to existing availability.
• Enter in the endorsement box: WVD25ENE23

IMPORTANT: You are reminded that in the event of eventual flight cancellations or disruption, passengers will be able to access the change and refund options established in the Passenger Protection Policy available on LATAM Trade.
