PASSENGER PROTECTION - Route suspension CTG ⇄ MDE

We inform that due to operational requirements, the Cartagena (CTG) ⇄ Medellín (MDE) route has been canceled and will no longer be available in reservation systems (GDS) starting July 12, 2025, for flights scheduled from October onwards.

Canceled flights:	From 26 of october of 2025: - Cartagena (CTG) ⇄ Medellín (MDE) LA4291 / LA4293 / LA4295 / LA4297 / LA4299 - Medellín (MDE) ⇄ Cartagena (CTG) LA4290 / LA4292 / LA4294 / LA4295 / LA4296 / LA4298
Proposed protection:	Protección en vuelos de Holding LATAM con conexión vía Bogotá (BOG).
Reservation management:	Protection must be provided in the same class and original cabin or, if it is not available, it can be protected in the lowest class available in the original cabin. The reissuance will be done as involuntary, maintaining the original fare basis and fare construction. Passengers who do not accept the proposed protection are eligible to the flexibilities defined in Sales \| Passenger Protection.
Enter in Ticket Endorsements on reissue:	SKCHG with details of the affected flight.
Ancillaries:	Ancillaries will receive the same treatment as tickets.
