Your feedback continues to guide how we improve the agency experience at LATAM Airlines. Over the past few months, we’ve introduced new features, streamlined processes and enhanced our support experience to make your day-to-day operations more efficient.

Here are some of the latest updates:

Expanded self-service capabilities in LATAM Trade We continue to enhance the LATAM Trade Virtual Assistant with new automation and self-service capabilities for requests such as flight status, PNR information, orders and name corrections. These improvements have already helped reduce support-related cases by over 20%.

Faster and more efficient support We updated our support processes to reduce wait times and speed up case resolution, saving up to 20 minutes per interaction and reducing average resolution time by 4 minutes.

Enhanced training and engagement In 2026, we have trained more than 1,600 agents globally through 25 webinar sessions and other targeted initiatives.

Simplified management with NDC by LATAM We launched new capabilities such as multicity bookings and ticket as a form of payment, along with a redesigned homepage built to make everyday management simpler and more intuitive.
