FLEXIBILITIES - Update Adjustments in Voepass operations (2Z)


LATAM COMMERCIAL EXCEPTIONS

Due to:

Voepass flight cancellations (2Z)

Customers traveling:

On bookings with LA* marketing flights operated by Voepass (2Z)

Original flight date:

from August 9, 2024 to March 31, 2025.

Customers may choose ONE of the following options WITHOUT PENALTY:

Change of date/flight/rerouting (*)

No fine, subject to availability of the same cabin (no fare difference), traveling within the validity of the ticket.

For routes where there is LATAM operation, passengers will be protected on alternative LA flights.

For destinations where there is no LATAM protection alternative or that does not satisfy the client's needs, protection may be provided according to:

  • Commercial Window (more than 48 hours from the flight): It can be protected on Azul (AD) flights, only on the following routes:

CPV - REC - CPV

CNF - CPV - CNF

MVF - REC - MVF

REC - SSA - REC

NAT - REC - NAT

CNF - BRA - CNF

VCP - RVD - VCP

VCP - PPB - VCP

FEN - REC - FEN

 

Protection on Azul (AD) flights will be done in accordance with the following:

- Azul AD classes to use: U,T,S,Q,P,O,N,M,L,K,H,G,F,E,B,A,Y

- We must not accommodate clients of classes Z and V.

- Maintaining the original destination operated by Voepass (2Z).

- The complete ticket will be reissued involuntarily by inserting the indicated mark in the Endorsements field of the ticket.

  • Operational window (less than 48 hours from the flight: 
  • Protection is allowed on Azul (AD) flights in the lowest available class of the original cabin (excluding Z and V classes).
  • On flights with Gol (G3), protection is only allowed in the following classes: Y, T, J, W, P, E, A, U, N, B, O.

Change of origin/destination

Without penalty, subject to fare differences and ticket validity. Except for changes to a nearby airport (500 km from the original airport) that apply at no cost in the same cabin.

Customers who DO NOT wish to change their tickets may request a refund according to:

(*) Change subject to cabin availability on LATAM flights implies that the travel agent must make the reservation in the original booking class. If the class is not available, the agent must reserve in the lowest booking class available in the same cabin of the LATAM flight and complete the involuntary ticket reissue. In other words, it is no longer necessary to contact the LATAM Sales Support Agent to request the original booking class.

Important:

Changes of date/flight/rerouting apply maintaining the same origin/destination

Change of origin or destination means flying to/from a city different than the one printed on the original flight coupon

Ancillaries associated to the ticket are subject to changes and/or refund depending on the action taken with the ticket.
