Flights canceled:

Until June 30, 2024, the following routes will be canceled:

• BSB ⇄ AUX: From April 14, 2024, to June 30, 2024.

• BSB ⇄ BRA: From April 12, 2024, to June 30, 2024.

• BSB ⇄ RAO: From April 13, 2024, to June 30, 2024.

Protection offered:

• BSB ⇄ AUX: The alternatives to change the flight or date will be available after June 30, 2024. If the passenger decides not to make the change, they may opt for involuntary refund or protection with a change to a nearby airport: Marabá (MAB) and/or Palms (PMW).

• BSB ⇄ BRA: Protection via Confins airport, with BSB → CNF operated by LATAM (JJ) and CNF → BRA operated by Azul (AD). For flights within the commercial window, protection with Azul (AD) will be provided on flights starting from May 1, 2024, and the lowest available fare in the original cabin must be selected. The reissue will be done as involuntary.

• BSB ⇄ RAO: Protection via São Paulo (GRU/CGH) on LA flights. In the absence of the original class, the lowest available fare in the original cabin must be selected. The reissue will be done as involuntary.

Reservations:

• Protection on LATAM flights will be provided based on availability in the original cabin, in the lowest available class. 

• Protection on Azul (AD) flights will also be provided in the same cabin, in the lowest available class. 

• Reissue will be done involuntarily, maintaining the original fare basis and fare construction..

Passengers who do not accept the proposed protection can still use the same flexibilities defined in Sales | Passenger Protection.

When reissuing, includet the following note under Ticket Endorsements:

• Protection on Azul flights: LA/AD Reprotection

• Protection on LATAM flights: INVOL REROUTE (flight)(date) CNLD

Ancillaries:

• On LA flights: They will receive the same treatment as tickets.

• On AD flights: Process the involuntary return of the EMD.
