Flights canceled:

Departures to/from Caracas (CCS) until August 31, 2024.

Protection offered:

- Protection to CCS via BOG (flights from BOG with limited availability) without penalty or fare difference.

- Protection to the alternate airport of Cucuta (CUC).

- Change to a nearby airport (up to 500 km / 300 miles) at no cost.

- Refund without penalty

Reservations:

As an alternative travel option for passengers affected by this suspension, we can offer the choice to change the connection to Bogotá (BOG), while keeping the destination as Caracas (CCS), or change the destination to Cúcuta (CUC) airport in Colombia.

For customers who decline this alternative, agents may offer the following protection options:

Change of routing or to a nearby airport.

In case of error managing the protection, the ticket will be reissued without penalty or fare difference charges (restricted to the same cabin) according to the following:  

- Protection applies exclusively to LATAM flights and must be managed according to availability in the original cabin and in the lowest available class.  

-Tickets must be reissued as involuntary and must retain the original fare basis and fare construction.

Involuntary Refund

Customers who decline the alternatives available may apply to an involuntary refund as established under the Involuntary Changes chapter.

Customers affected will be notified gradually.
