The dates for the flexibilities for passengers with Delta flights sold on LATAM have been updated.

Due to: | In response to the capacity restrictions imposed by the FAA Directive, travel to, from, or through some destinations operated by DELTA in the United States could be affected. At the moment, LATAM has not received any formal notification or request for flight changes, but because it has some codeshare flights (or shared flights) with the affected DL destinations, we will provide flexibility for changes without penalty or fare difference to travel in the same cabin. The flexibilities will apply to customers with LATAM tickets that include flights operated by Delta (DL) traveling between November 7 and November 14, 2025. Customers may opt for a date change without cost or fare difference, maintaining the same cabin and destination. Change of date: | No cost or fare difference, maintaining the same cabin and destination, according to the following conditions: Original Travel Date(s): November 7 to 14, 2025 Ticket Must Be Reissued on or Before:e: up until November 21, 2025. Booked Travel Must Begin No Later Than: November 21, 2025 The destinations to which the flexibility applies are:
