Protection offered:	On flights connecting in Santiago (SCL)
Reservations:	If the passenger contacts the travel agency before receiving protection from LATAM, the protection must be issued in the lowest available booking class within the original cabin. The reissue will be processed as involuntary, keeping the original fare basis and fare construction, with no waiver required. Passengers who do not accept the proposed protection may use the flexibilities defined under Cancellations and Involuntary Changes policy.
