PASSENGER PROTECTION – Suspension of the route between Lima (LIM) and Orlando (MCO)

We inform you about the suspension of the direct route between Lima (LIM) and Orlando (MCO), until November 30, 2025.

Affected flights	From October 26 to November 30, 2025 the following flights will be cancelled. - LA2474 Lima (LIM) → Orlando (MCO) - LA2473 Orlando (MCO) → Lima (LIM) Flights are now closed for sale.
Travel options:	Protection on LATAM flights with connections via Bogotá (BOG) or Guarulhos (GRU). Alternative to change the trip to/from Miami (MIA): on LATAM flights replacing the original Orlando airport (MCO). Alternative travel on Delta Airlines (DL) flights: protection may be applied in the lowest available class within the same cabin.
Reservation management:	Reservations from October 26th to November 30th will be cancelled within the next few hours. When managing your travel solution, consider the following:: - The protection will be in the same or the lowest class available in the original cabin. - The reissue will be involuntary, maintaining the original fare basis and fare construction. Passengers that decline to travel may opt for the involuntary refund of the ticket and associated ancillaries. For other flexibilities, please review the Cancellations and Involuntary Changes policy. Please be reminded that DOT regulations also apply to routes to/from the USA.
