PASSENGER PROTECTION - Route suspension in Lima (LIM) and Havana (HAV)

Copa Airlines (CM) has been incorporated as part of the travel solution for passengers with canceled flights due to the indefinite suspension of the route between Lima (LIM) and Havana (HAV) for flights departing on or after March 11, 2026.

Canceled flights:	The following flights will cease operations from March 11, 2026 onwards: - LA2410 Lima (LIM) - Havana (HAV - LA2411 Havana (HAV) - Lima (LIM) Flights are no longer available for sale, and the reservation system will show the suspension starting October 14, 2025.
Proposed protection:	The protection agreement with Copa Airlines (CM) has been activated, subject to the following condition s: - Protection on CM flights from March 11, 2026, to August 15, 2026 - Passengers in Premium Business class/Premium Economy passengers protection in classes: D, J, C - Economy passengers protection in classes: L, E, W, O, S, U, V, K, Q, H, M, B, Y
Reservation management:	Travel agents will have two protection options for their affected passengers: - Protection on Copa Airlines flights for flights departing on or after March 11 - They will be able to reserve seats with Copa Airlines in the indicated classes - Enter the OSI in the reservation: OSI INVOL PROTEXX CM LATAM - The reissue must be involuntary, entering the following in the Endorsements/Restrictions field of the ticket: INVOL PROTEXX CM LATAM - Include the contact details of passengers protected by standard SSR CTCE/SSR CTCM to ensure the CM's ability to contact the customer. - Protection on LATAM flights to anticipate travel before March 11, 2026 - The new flight reservation will be made in the same class or in the lowest available class in the original c- abin. - The reissue will be made as involuntary, maintaining the original fare basis and fare structure. Passengers who do not accept the travel solutions offered may request involuntary reimbursement. Other protection alternatives (e.g., change to a new destination) are governed by the current policies defined in the section on Cancellations and Involuntary Changes

Ancillaries:	Passengers who bring forward their trips on LATAM flights may transfer the service to the new travel date or request a refund. Passengers who decide to travel on CM flights are subject to involuntary reimbursement for additional services purchased.
