PASSENGER PROTECTION - Route suspension BRC ⇄ SCL

We inform you that due to operational requirements, the Bariloche (BRC) ⇄ Santiago (SCL) route has been canceled. The flights will not be available in the reservation systems (GDS). Reservations will be automatically canceled in the system starting August 19, 2025.

Canceled flights:	Starting December 4, 2025, the following will be canceled: - Bariloche (BRC) ⇄ Santiago (SCL): LA 439 - Santiago (SCL ⇄ Bariloche (BRC): LA 438 Exception: Services will operate on December 6, 7, 11, 13, 14, 18, and 20, 2025.
Proposed protection:	Protection on LATAM (LA) and Aerolíneas Argentinas (AR) flights connecting through Mendoza (MDZ) or Buenos Aires (BUE). - Example: Santiago (SCL) - Aeroparque (AEP) - Operated by LA + Aeroparque (AEP) - Bariloche (BRC) Operated by AR.
Reservation management:	Protection must be provided in the same class and original cabin or, if it is not available, it can be protected in the lowest class available in the original cabin. The reissuance will be done as involuntary, maintaining the original fare basis and fare construction. IMPORTANT: If it is necessary to protect passengers on connecting flights operated by Aerolíneas Argentinas (AR), DO NOT protect passengers in classes M, B and Y. Passengers who do not accept the proposed protection are eligible to the flexibilities defined in Sales \| Passenger Protection.
