INVOLUNTARY CHANGES- Temporary cancellation of operations to/from Jaen (JAE)

We are informing you about the temporary cancellation of the route between Lima (LIM) and Jaen (JAE) due to scheduled work on the runway of the Fernando Belaunde Terry Airport (JAE) and until there are favorable conditions to resume operations without setbacks.

Canceled flights:	From the February 15th to October 24th of 2026 the following flights will no longer operate: - LA 2015 Lima (LIM) → Jaen (JAE) - LA 2016 Jaen (JAE) → Lima (LIM) Flights are now closed for sale.
Alternatives offered:	- Protection on LATAM flights to fly after October 24, 2026. - Alternative to change the trip to fly to/from Chiclayo (CIX), Cajamarca (CJA) or Piura (PIU) on LATAM flights replacing the original Jaen airport (JAE).
Reservation management:	Rebookings should consider the following: - The protection will be provided in the same class or the lowest available class of the original cabin and within the validity of the ticket. - The reissue should be done as involuntary, maintaining the original fare basis and fare construction. Other protection alternatives (e.g., change to a new destination) are governed by the current policies defined in the section on Cancellations and Involuntary Changes
