PASSENGER PROTECTION - Suspension of the route between Auckland (AKL) and Sidney (SYD)

Due to operational requirements,as of October 26, 2025, the route between Auckland (AKL) ⇄ Sydney (SYD) has been suspended.

Flights canceled:

- LA800 (SYD-AKL)

- LA801 (AKL-SYD)

Protection offered:

On flights operated by Qantas (QF) on the AKL⇄SYD route between 9 October 29th 2025 and January 18th 2026.

Reservations:

If the passenger contacts the travel agency before receiving protection from LATAM, a travel solution may be provided subject to the established dates and the following classes, according to the passenger's original cabin, selecting the lowest available from the list:

Cabin	Classes
Economy	O, Q, N, S, L, M, K, H, B, Y
Business	I, D, C, J

The reissue will be processed as involuntary, maintaining the original fare basis and fare construction, with the OSI LASRA01 PROTECT left as a backup in the reservation without having to enter a waiver.

Passengers who declined the offered protection are eligible for the flexibilities outlined in the Passenger Protection policy.

When reissuing, insert the following note under Ticket Endorsements:

Ancillaries:

Ancillaries will be handled the same way as tickets.
