Protection offered:

Protection on Holding LATAM flights connecting via São Paulo (GRU).

Reservations:

Protection must be based on the availability of the original cabin, in the lowest available booking class.

Reissuance must be involuntary, maintaining the original fare basis and fare structure.

• Rio de Janeiro (GIG) ⇄ Buenos Aires (AEP): Protection on LATAM flights with a connection in São Paulo (GRU).

Cabins: 

• Economy, Premium Economy: Maintain the original cabin in the lowest available booking class.

Passengers who do not accept the proposed protection can still use the same flexibilities defined in Sales | Passenger Protection.

When reissuing, insert the following note under Ticket Endorsements:

INVOL REROUTE (flight)(date) CNLD

Ancillaries:

Ancillaries will receive the same treatment as tickets.
