Considerations: 

On May 23, 2023, the Child Tracker service will be implemented on routes with origin and destination in Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru.

The service is available on flights between the United States and South America (Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Chile), with the exception of Ecuador.

United States: (MIA, JFK, LAX, BOS, MCO), also includes routes between MIA PUJ and between MIA SJO.

Stages of the journey for an unaccompanied minor:

1. Check-in counter
2. Boarding gate entrance
3. Boarding and entry onto the aircraft
4. Crew Delivery
5. Disembarkation
6. Baggage retrieval
7. Handover to the responsible adult
