Throughout December, the LATAM Trade B2B support channel will begin offering a new virtual agent, available directly in the chat. This new tool will allow you to handle certain requests more quickly and easily, without leaving the platform.
With this new option, you will be able to:
Check the status of tickets, PNRs or purchase orders;
Review conditions for involuntary changes;
Access fare conditions with ease.
Soon you'll be able to check and request name corrections, as well as special services like wheelchair assistance and special meals.
Access will be rolled out gradually to ensure the best possible experience. If you don’t see this option yet, it will be available to you very soon.
