Protection via MAD on LATAM + IB flights

If the client is not satisfied with the protection proposed via GRU, the option of traveling on Holding LATAM and Iberia flights may be offered, with a connection in MAD. For example:

LA*7141 LHRMAD [IB3173] + LA2485 MADLIM

The following should be considered:

• Protection on the LATAM flight should be done based on the availability of the original cabin, in the same class or, failing that, the lowest available.
• Protection on the IB flight must be in the lowest available class of the same cabin (Economy or Premium Business).

• The reissue will be conducted involuntarily, retaining the original Fare basis and fare construction.
• Enter the OSI in the reservation: OSI INVOL REROUTE DUE TO LAxxx CNLD.

Free change of destination to MAD-CDG-FRA airports

Exceptionally for this suspension, the option to change destination free of charge to the airports of Madrid (MAD), Paris (CDG) and Frankfurt (FRA) on 100% LATAM flights may be offered, according to the following:

• The protection should be done based on the availability of the original cabin, in the same class or, failing that, the lowest class available.

• The reissue will be conducted involuntarily, retaining the original Fare basis and fare construction.
• Enter the OSI in the reservation: OSI INVOL REROUTE DUE TO LAxxx CNLD

You are reminded that the costs of transportation to LHR are the responsibility of the passenger.

• Passengers who do not accept the proposed protection will be able to use the same flexibilities defined in Passenger Protection.
