Description:

Effective immediately, the same passenger can no longer use the SVAN –service animal– and the ESAN –emotional support animal– services simultaneously.

Considerations: 

It is no longer allowed for the same customer to book the SVAN service animal and ESAN emotional support animal (dogs or cats) services simultaneously, as these animals must occupy the same space under the customer's legs or under the seat in front of them.

Services previously confirmed will be honored.
