Transition from PIA to BSP Link for irregularity management

Dear Travel Partner,

We would like to inform you that all information related to irregularities committed by travel agencies will now be sent directly through BSP Link, including the details and supporting evidence for each case.

In addition, all disputes must be handled directly in BSP Link, as the PIA (Portal for Agency Irregularities) will no longer be available as of January 1, 2026, when it will be permanently discontinued.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this change in the irregularity management process.
