We inform that due to local protests, flights to/from Colombia from May 18th 7:00 a.m. to May 26th 21 11:59 p.m. are affected by delays and/or cancellations.

Due to the foregoing, it has been defined that passengers with affected and unaffected flights have the same flexibilities for changes and/or refunds established in the publication Travel Solutions for passengers with affected flights. Travel agents will be able to handle reservations following the provisions of this procedure.
