PASSENGER PROTECTION - Cancellation of routes to/from Lima (LIM)

We inform you about the cancellation of routes operated on December 17, 2025 for flights scheduled from March 29, 2026, onwards. This decision is due to the implementation of the Unified Airport Usage Fee (TUUA) by the concessionaire of Jorge Chávez International Airport (Lima Airport Partners – LAP), effective since December 7, 2025, which must be paid by passengers on international connections in Lima and directly affects the competitiveness of certain routes by increasing the cost of travel that heavily depends on this type of traffic.

Canceled flights:

Starting March 29, 2026, the following flights will cease to operate:

- LA2474 Lima (LIM) → Orlando (MCO)

- LA2473 Orlando (MCO) → Lima (LIM)

- LA2426 Lima (LIM) → Curaçao (CUR)

- LA2427 Curaçao (CUR) → Lima (LIM)

- LA2394 Lima (LIM) → Florianópolis (FLN)

- LA2395 Florianópolis (FLN) → Lima (LIM)

- LA2424 Lima (LIM) → Tucumán (TUC)

- LA2425 Tucumán (TUC) → Lima (LIM)

Flights from March 29, 2026 onwards are closed for sale, and reservations have been canceled in the systems today.

Proposed protection:

Route between Lima (LIM) and Orlando (MCO):

- Protection on LATAM group flights with connection via Bogotá (BOG) or Guarulhos (GRU).

- Alternative to change the trip to/from Miami (MIA) on LATAM flights, replacing the original Orlando (MCO) airport.

- Alternative to travel on Delta Air Lines (DL) flights. Protection can be provided in the lowest available class of the same cabin.

Route between Lima (LIM) and Curazao (CUR):

- Protection on LATAM flights with connection via Bogotá (BOG).

- Alternative to travel with Aerolíneas Argentinas for segments from the interior of Argentina to Bogotá (BOG) and subsequent protection on LATAM flights between BOG and CUR.

- Alternative to travel with Copa Airlines (CM) for legs between CUR and LIM, or between CUR and the following destinations (with connection in Panama – PTY): Buenos Aires (EZE), Brasilia (BSB), Chiclayo (CIX), Cordoba (COR), Florianopolis (FLN), Rio de Janeiro (GIG), Sao Paulo (GRU), Lima (LIM), Mendoza (MDZ), Mexico City (MEX), Montevideo (MVD), Porto Alegre (POA), Rosario (ROS), Santiago (SCL), Salta (SLA) and Tucuman (TUC).

- Alternative to change the trip to/from Aruba (AUA) on LATAM flights, replacing the original Curaçao (CUR) airport.

Route between Lima (LIM) and Florianópolis (FLN):

- Protection on LATAM flights with connection via São Paulo-Guarulhos (GRU) or Brasília (BSB).

- Alternative to change the trip to/from Porto Alegre (POA) or Curitiba (CWB) on LATAM flights, replacing the original Florianópolis (FLN) airport.

Route between Lima (LIM) and Tucumán (TUC):

- Protection on LATAM flights between LIM and BUE (EZE/AEP) with connection on Aerolíneas Argentinas flights for segments between BUE and TUC.

- Alternative to change the trip to/from Salta (SLA) on LATAM flights, replacing the original Tucumán (TUC) airport.

Reservation management:

Reservations from March 29, 2026 onwards have already been canceled to allow for refunds without penalty and/or changes at no cost, considering the following:

Protection will be provided in the same class or the lowest available class of the original cabin. For protection on flights with the other mentioned airlines, the applicable booking classes are detailed.

-Reissue will be processed as involuntary, maintaining the original fare basis and fare structure.

If the passenger chooses not to travel, they may opt for an involuntary refund of the ticket and/or associated ancillaries.
