ROUTES - Suspension of the route between Santiago (SCL) ⇄ Osorno (ZOS)

Please be advised that, starting August 4, 2026, due to maintenance and improvement work on the runway at Cañal Bajo Carlos Hott Siebert Airport in Osorno (ZOS), there will be a complete closure of operations and a suspension of flights for three weeks in November 2026.

Canceled flights:	From November 2, 2026, through November 22, 2026, the following flights will no longer operate: - LA 48 Osorno (ZOS) → Santiago (SCL) - LA 49 Santiago (SCL) → Osorno (ZOS) - LA 50 Osorno (ZOS) → Santiago (SCL) - LA 51 Santiago (SCL) → Osorno (ZOS) These flights have already been closed for sale.
Proposed protection:	Passengers will not receive automatic protection. - You can opt for a closed exchange, return or exchange at the nearby airport on LATAM flights via Puerto Montt (PMC), Valdivia (ZAL) and Temuco (ZCO).
Reservation management:	Protection must be provided in the same class and original cabin or, if it is not available, it can be protected in the lowest class available in the original cabin. The reissuance will be done as involuntary, maintaining the original fare basis and fare construction. Passengers who do not accept the proposed protection are eligible to the flexibilities defined in Sales \| Passenger Protection.
