PASSENGER PROTECTION – Suspension of route Santiago (SCL) ⇄ Fortaleza (FOR)

Affected flights	Starting June 22, 2026, reservations for flights scheduled from October 25, 2026 onward will begin to be canceled in the system. The flights canceled as a result of this measure are as follows: - LA 8124 Santiago (SCL) ⇄ Fortaleza (FOR) - LA 8125 Fortaleza (FOR) ⇄ Santiago (SCL)
Proposed protection:	Travel agents may perform protection via connecting flights in São Paulo (GRU), Brasília (BSB), and Rio de Janeiro (GIG).
Reservation management:	Protection must be provided in the same original class and cabin or, if unavailable, it may be provided in the lowest available class within the original cabin. The reissue will be processed as involuntary, maintaining the original fare basis and fare structure. Passengers who do not accept the proposed protection may use the flexibilities defined in Cancellations and Involuntary Changes.

Ancillaries:	Once passengers are rebooked on the new flight, they may transfer the service to the new travel date or request a refund.
