General Strike in Argentina: Impact on February 19 Operations

LATAM Airlines informs that, due to the general strike announced by the General Confederation of Labor (CGT), its flight operations to and from Argentina on February 19 may be impacted.

Some flights may be cancelled, and others may experience changes to their scheduled departure time and/or date of operation.

We recommend checking the updated flight status before taking any action or advising passengers to go to the airport.

Due to the short notice of this event, some flights may still display HK status in the GDS, even if operational changes have already been made. For this reason, it is essential to verify the flight status directly on our official website.

Passengers with cancelled or rescheduled flights on February 19 will be able to choose from the following alternatives:

1

Change the date while maintaining the same origin and destination, within the ticket's validity. No penalty or fare difference applies.
2

A change to a different airport must be within a maximum distance of 500 km (300 miles) from the original (origin or destination) airport and must remain within the same country. No penalty or fare difference applies.
3

Change to a different destination, subject to fare differences, for travel within the ticket’s original validity period. Only the penalty is waived.
4

Full refund for any unused segments.

	For all the cases listed above, it is not necessary to request a waiver code. Simply support the reissue with the following:
