    LATAM Groups: INFANT Inclusion in Group Negotiations

    Dear Travel Partner,  



    We are pleased to inform you that a new enhancement is now available on the LATAM Groups Web platform, making the group booking process even more efficient. 

    You can now include INFANT passengers directly when requesting a group quotation through the LATAM Groups Web platform. 

     

    What's changing?

    When submitting a group request through the LATAM Groups Web platform, you will now be able to indicate that the negotiation includes an associated INFANT passenger.

    Based on this information, the system will automatically calculate the applicable INFANT amount according to the negotiated group fare, providing greater efficiency, transparency, and predictability throughout the negotiation process.

     

    How will it work? 

    • The INFANT will be displayed for informational purposes on the LATAM Groups Web platform.
    • The system will automatically calculate and display the applicable charge based on the group's negotiated fare.
    • Ticket issuance can be completed using the original group PNR, with no additional negotiation process required.
    • Up to two INFANTs per adult passenger will be permitted, in accordance with the company's current policies.
    • In cases where an INFANT requires a separate seat, the same negotiated fare applicable to an adult passenger in the group will apply. 

     

    INFANT Ticket Issuance: 

    At the time of issuance, simply create the ticketing mask using the following information available on the LATAM Groups Web platform. 

    • Negotiated Fare
    • Fare Basis displayed on the Groups Web platform
