    ROUTE - Changes in the operation between Congonhas (CGH) y Galeão (GIG), Brazil

    Due to commercial definitions, the route between Congonhas (CGH) y Galeão (GIG) will cease operations for flights from January 9th, 2020.  These flights are already closed for sale, and in their replacement alternatives operated by LATAM remain available.

     

    Passengers are already being notified centrally through mail, SMS, App LATAM.

     

    Canceled flights:

    LA3240 CGH-GIG

    LA3252 CGH-GIG 

    LA3257 GIG-CGH

    LA3719 GIG-CGH

    Proposed protection:

    LATAM flights from Guarulhos (GRU) airport in Sao Paulo or Santos Dumont (SDU) airport in Rio de Janeiro, or connecting flights in Brasilia (BSB).

    Reservation management:

    LATAM protector flights are being incorporated automatically and centralized in all reservations.

     

    If the protection is not reflected in the reservation, it can be protected according to the indicated above.

     

    The ancillaries associated with the ticket are subject to change and / or refund following the action taken with the ticket.
