    LATAM Virtual Assistant: Is that flight really confirmed?

    With the LATAM Trade Virtual Assistant, you can check the status of a PNR, ticket, or purchase order in a single conversation. In addition to confirming the booking status, you can also view:

    • Booking disruptions
    • Reissued tickets
    • Passenger check-in status

     

    How to use it?

    • 1

      Open the Virtual Assistant in the LATAM Trade chat.

    • 2

      Enter the PNR (6 characters), the ticket number (13 digits), or the purchase order ID. 

    • 3

      Get the latest status with a clear explanation of what each status means. 

        

    💡 Important: If a flight has been cancelled or rescheduled less than 7 days before departure, the GDS may still display the segment as HK. Before confirming the information with your customer, check the flight status in the Virtual Assistant or on our website.

     

    Tips for better results
    • Use the following format: [PNR / Ticket / Purchase Order + Action]

    • Before you leave, you can ask the Assistant to send you an email summary with your booking or ticket details, along with a recap of the conversation.
