PIA Update: Incorporation of New Booking Irregularities

Dear Travel Partner,

In order to give you additional time to adjust your processes to the newly published booking irregularities, we have decided to extend the grace period by one more month. During this extended period, travel agencies will be notified of the irregularities they are committing without any corresponding charges.

The updated implementation schedule is as follows:

September 2025:
Communication and publication of new booking irregularities (already completed)
2

October 2025:
Notification without charges (September cases) + monitoring
3

November 2025:
Notification without charges (October cases) + monitoring
4

December 2025:
Start of charges (based on November cases)

We remind you of the new irregularities included in this process:

	Contactability: To ensure compliance with the Reservations PROCOM and IATA Resolution 830d - Does not apply to the United States. ADM Value: USD 1
	Hidden Groups: To monitor the proper use of inventory and LATAM’s established Group Sales processes. ADM Value: USD 15
	MCT Non-Compliance: Applies to bookings manipulated to bypass alerts and restrictions related to Minimum Connection Time (MCT). ADM Value: USD 61
