EXCEPTIONS - Exceptions for passengers traveling to New Zealand

Description:

Commercial exceptions will be given to passengers who present themselves to boarding without the electronic visa NZeTA - New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority.

Scope:

It applies if the following conditions are met:

  • Flights to/via New Zealand (NZ)
  • Tickets issued until 1 October 2019
  • Flights from November 04th to 18th 

Implementation date:

Immediate.

Considerations: 

Passengers who cannot travel will be eligible for a single time to make a change of date without penalty to travel up to 15 days from the date of their original flight, but subject to fare differences to reschedule their trip within the ticket’s validity.

 

To be eligible for this exception, passengers must have an SSR CMNT in the PNR with the following message:  PAX WITHOUT NZeTA.  Travel agents should contact their support area to perform this verification prior to executing the reissue.

 

When reissuing, in the Endorsements/Restrictions box enter: VISANZ
