TRADE UPDATE - Flights suspension April 2020

We are announcing today that we are temporarily suspending LATAM Airlines flights to/from Australia and New Zealand until 30 April 2020 due to travel restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

LATAM Airlines will continue to operate the following international flights with limited frequency:

  • Santiago to/from Sao Paulo
  • Sao Paulo to/from Miami and New York
  • Santiago to/from Miami and Los Angeles

The frequency of these routes and the resumption of other international services is dependent on changes to border closures and restrictions. We will keep you up to date on changes.

Clean up all non-productive segments in the GDS queue

Due to the flight cancellations caused by COVID-19, there are a considerable amount of non-productive segments being generated in our inventory. Please clean all non-productive segments in your GDS queues. Please clean all segments with status UC, UN, US, NO and HX. Priority must be given to the segments with the closest departure date. The tickets associated with these segments will remain active so it will be possible to assign them to a new booking in the future.

We want to thank you for your patience and support during this challenging time. We are committed more than ever to supporting the travel industry. We are in this together and we will come back stronger than ever.

We are in this together and will come back stronger than ever. Stay well.
