Description

The change name  in group reservations is modified to a maximum of 10%. 

Scope:

Change to a new ticket in group reservations.

Implementation date:

Immediate

Considerations:

Up to a 10% change to a new ticket is permitted for group passenger tickets regardless of the associated route.

The name change or the creation of a mirror reservation must be requested to the help desk and then reissue using the original ticket as a form of payment.

The change must be processed as a historic reissue, without fare differences or penalty fees (regardless of the ticket regulation) and without  waiver.

Name changes prior to the issuance of the ticket remain unchanged, allowing 100% of them.
