Passengers will be protected on Avianca (AV) flights under certain conditions.

Reservation management:

Protection options may be offered to clients when they contact the Travel Agency.

The protection may be made on Avianca flights subject to availability in the original cabin in S/T/U booking class.

The reissuance will take place as involuntary, keeping the original fare basis and  fare construction.

Passengers who do not accept the proposed protection are eligible to  the flexibilities defined in Passenger Protection.
