Canceled flights

From march 1st until march 28th 2022, flights are still canceled::

• LA801 / LA800 - Santiago (SCL) and Auckland (AKL) (⇄) 
• LA 800 / LA801 - Santiago (SCL) and Sydney/SYD (⇄) 

Proposed protection:

•   LATAM flights on days when it is available

•  Delta Airlines flights must be prioritized connecting with LATAM or flights operated by Qatar Airways

·       Agreement with Delta Airlines (DL) flights between march 1st and March 28th - SCLIM/LIMLAX flights LATAM + LAXSYD flight DELTA

- SYDLAX flight DELTA- LAXLIM/SCL flight LATAM

·       Agreement  with Qatar Airways(QR) flights between march 1st and March 28

     Flight QR  GRU-DOH + DOH-SYD,PER,MEL,ADL,PER    

Reservation management:

Protection options may be offered to customers when they contact the travel agency.

Protection on LATAM flights will be subject to availability in the original cabin and in the lowest class available in the same cabin.

Protection on QR and DL flights will be provided:

·       QR flights only for Economy cabin in classes: Q, T,O, W

·       DL flights in Economy cabin for classes: V, X, T, U, L, K and Business cabin for classes Z and I.

In all cases, the reissue will be made as involuntary, maintaining the original fare basis and fare construction by entering an OSI in the PNR:

Enter in Ticket Endorsements on reissue:

Ancillaries:

Offer involuntary refund, as our ancillary services cannot be offered on other companies.

Important:

Passengers who do not accept the proposed protection will be able to apply for the same flexibilities established in Passenger Protection

Canceled flights:

The following flights continue to be canceled until October 30, 2021:

• LA801 / LA800 - Santiago (SCL) and Auckland (AKL) (⇄)

• LA 800 / LA801 - Santiago (SCL) and Sydney/SYD (⇄)

Proposed protection:

Protection on LATAM flights must be prioritize. If passengers need to flight on the original dates window, will be allow to protect on Qatar flights in the same cabin..

Reservation management:

Customers requiring a ticket endorsement to another carrier may only be offered flight alternatives on QATAR AIRWAYS (QR), subject to cabin availability and in the lowest class available in the original cabin as involuntary reissue. In case of rerouting, always prefer the alternative that causes the shortest delay to the final destination.

If no flights are available on QR, offer flights on dates when LATAM operations are available on that route.

When providing the protection offered, insert the following OSI:

• OSI (company code) INVOL REROUTE DUE TO LA CHANGE FLT

Enter in Ticket Endorsements on reissue:

Passengers with associated ancillaries:

When protected on LATAM flights, ancillaries will receive the same treatment as air tickets. For protection on another airline's flights, they are only subject to refund.
