Update for the group reservation claim procedure


We remind you that you must make the claim of your reservations in advance, in order to take advantage of the benefits that this entails:

  • Efficiency in the process: it will no longer be necessary to contact LATAM to carry out actions on the reservation (for example: to enter names, SSRs, etc). Now you can do them directly in your system.
  • Live updates of any change: you will be able to have visibility of all the Schedule Changes that occur in your reservations, at the moment it occurs. With this you can evaluate if you are satisfied with the protection provided or if you want to request any changes.


To do this, you must make the claim of the reservation within the following deadlines, depending on the route of the Group reservation:

  • Domestic, Regional and Caribbean Flights: the claim must be made 60 days before the flight date.
  • Long Haul flights: the claim must be made 90 days before the flight date.


Please take note that the claim sometimes takes up to 24 hours to be reflected in your system


Remember that any modification to the PNR, flight evaluation, as well as any cancellation must be requested through our portal


LATAM is not responsible for notifying the travel agencies when it is time to make a claim
