SERVICE - The Advance Health Documentation Review Service has been created. (Ready to Fly)

 

Descripción

Due to the constant changes in the presentation of health documentation on international flights, the Ready to fly service was created to offer customers the possibility of sending their health documents prior to the trip for review in order to have a better experience in the boarding process.

Considerations

Customers will receive an email, presenting the service, which will contain a whatsapp link to talk to the virtual assistant and validate the documentation.

 

The email is triggered between 36 hours before the flight and approximately 24 hours before the flight. The service closes 6 hours before the flight.

 

If the email registered in the reservation is from the agency and receives the email service, it is recommended to send it to the passenger, to do it on their own.
