REFUNDS - Requests for refunds due to exact duplication and inverted routing of tickets


We inform that agencies using the ARC system and wishing to request a full refund for tickets with exact duplication or inverted routing must request a refund waiver through the LATAM Trade Private Portal.

Due to systemic limitations of ARC, which do not allow the insertion of the standard refund message in case of exact duplication or inverted routing of the ticket, the request flow has been modified. Therefore, agencies using the ARC system must request a waiver code through the LATAM Trade private portal. When requesting the refund via ARC, the travel agent should enter the waiver code provided by LATAM Airlines.
