In an effort to enhance the experience of PETC service users, the maximum size allowed for soft kennels has been modified.

Considerations: 

The conditions governing the carriage of pets in the cabin have been modified as follows:

• New larger maximum size allowed for soft kennels: 40 cm length x 28 cm width x 25cm height
• The animal maximum weight requirement has been removed (for both soft and rigid kennels). The only condition is for the pet to fit in the kennel, which must comply with the required measurements. However, the animal’s weight must still be provided. Please remember the animal must be able to stand inside the kennel and have enough space to move around freely without touching the sides or the top of the kennel.

Remember that customers using this service must not be seated in the first row of the cabin or in an exit row.

Conditions for ESAN (cats) carried in a kennel are governed by the terms established for the PETC service container. These changes will therefore apply in these cases too.

All other restrictions to this service remain unchanged.
