Due to sanitary restrictions implemented in certain countries, we have been forced to adapt our operations by temporarily suspending the following routes:

GRU - LIS - GRU suspended between January 29 and April 15, 2021,  except for flights on dates March 21, 23 and 26, 2021.

GRU - BOG - GRU suspended between January 29 and March 01, 2021.

Please remember to instruct our customers to check current entry restrictions to their intended destinations using official sources. Customers may also refer to the Restrictions section at latam.com.

See Considerations.

Scope:

Passengers traveling to Portugal or Colombia.

Implementation date:

Immediate

Considerations:

Passengers who commenced their trip and are already at their destination (LIS or BOG) may opt for one of the following protection alternatives for their return:

- Lisbon: Protection via MAD on Iberia (E.g. LIS MAD IB8775 x MAD GRU LA8065)

- Bogota: Protection via SCL on LATAM (E.g. BOG SCL LA579 x SCL GRU LA750)

Protection on IB will be treated as involuntary reissue (SKDCHG or INVOL) in the lowest class of the same cabin, following current protection standards.

Please remember that all passengers affected can also apply for the current protection alternatives as indicated in the publication CONTINGENCY - Travel Solutions for Passengers with Affected Flights.
